MaineDOT Forms Port Advisory Group

The Maine Department of Transportation has announced the creation of an Offshore Wind Port Advisory Group to advise MaineDOT and other state officials regarding potential port facilities needed to advance the University of Maine’s floating offshore wind technology and attract offshore wind industry investment to Maine. This port advisory group process is a companion effort to the Maine Offshore Wind Initiative, and is expected to have its first organizational meeting in the latter part of April.
